3/5 ply corrugated cardboard production line

With this line, single wall and double wall corrugated board can be produced. Besides the application scope of single wall corrugated board, The double wall product is also widely used as packing material in many fields such as TV set, refrigerator, fruit, cigarette, beverage, and so on. Two flute combinations (A&B, C&B) as well as special customer-tailored flutes are provided. Steam heating and oil heating are optional (but oil heating is not suitable for line with speed above 100m/min). The standard five ply line is made up of single facer (2), mill roll stand (3~5), pre-heater (4), multiplex pre-heater (preheating roll diameter should be φ800mm for speed above 120m/min), conveying bridge (1), duplex glue machine (1), double facer (1), slitter scorer (1) (thin-blade or flaring slitting tool is optional), cut-off (1), stacker (1). Speed of 60m/min, 80m/min, 100 m/min, 120m/min or 150 m/min is offered to meet customer’s requirement.

1. Adopt adsorption and strain tighten set, set up adsorption     strain adjustment set, assure stick hard and level off while     the cardboard transit heating plank.
2. Electric control install two groups of operation plate, upper     and lower bridge can be adjusted arbitrarily.
3. Adopt in-phase electric drive, equip high, low speed paper     stacking set, realize the purpose of transmitting restored     single facer corrugated cardboard.

Gluing machine

1. High precision meshwork roller spread plasm, spreading  equality,  plasm     cost low.
    Adopt pneumatic control or spring pressing cardboard style pressing     cardboard set.

2. The glue plate auto lift-lower is easy to be cleaned.

3. Auto-Cyc feeding glue , prevent glue liquid from depositing.

4. Matched warm-up set, this will speedup glue liquid bunted,improve      conglutinant  intensity.

Thin edge slitter scorer

1. Frequency conversion electric transmission and PLC control     system.
2. adopts pneumatic lift-lower in order to change the height of paper       cutting and pressingm, and to fit for the height of     paper feeding.
3. Adopts novelty thin edge run-up paper cutting, the incisions     are level     up and velvet.
4. Auto-grinding edge system can be realized in the process of     production, on-stop machine grinding edge, grinding edge set are     enacted at any moment of the interval meter and the grinding time by     material and condition of hem.

CUT OFF

• This machine is available with 2 nos. of heavy solid roll mounted on double bearing each side, specially designed knife A.C. motors, gear box and numeric control system.

• Size available 1300 mm - 2500 mm.
